Lee, Managed Services Engineer
I’m a Managed Services Engineer. I started working for San-iT in March 2023.
I have worked within a Service Desk environment and have two decades of customer service experience. My previous positions have included providing IT Support for Co-op and working as a 2nd Line IT Support Engineer for Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer -supporting lawyers all over the globe.
My day-to-day activities at San-IT involve answering inbound calls from our clients and providing over the phone technical support. I also pick up new tickets that arrive via email each day and respond within the set SLA.
I have a vast knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 products and feel comfortable working within Windows. Over the coming weeks and months, I would like to learn more about Microsoft Azure, Cyber Security and Network to offer clients further services in this area.
San-iT is my first MSP role and I really enjoy working for a company that invests in people and encourages colleagues to expand their knowledge. Whether this is within the world of IT, via online learning or through Microsoft Certifications, I feel I’m supported and able to continuously grow.
I am fun, outgoing, and always willing to go the extra mile for our clients. I love working as a team and sharing ideas and enjoy meeting new people.
As much as I love working in IT, outside of work I enjoy playing the guitar and hiking and watching my favourite football team Manchester United. I love Martial Arts and over the years I have trained in Kenpo Karate, Wing Chun Kung Fu and Aikido. I also enjoy Retro Gaming and have my own YouTube channel where I get to play and review Retro classic games.
