Richard, Account Manager

I joined San-IT in early 2024 in the capacity of Account Manager, coming from similar roles in the MSP and Datacentre space. My role, briefly, encompasses building strong client relationships, effective communication, driving sales and upselling opportunities, resolving issues, and contributing to the overall success and satisfaction of our clients.

From my first day at the company, it was clear to me that San-IT’s core values towards its employees and customers are very much aligned. There is a very strong people-first and customer-centric approach to the business which I feel brings out the best in its employees, whilst also giving the best possible levels of service to its customers. From my perspective this is important and aligns to my values as an employee and my work ethic towards my customers.

Away from work, I have two children and a very energetic cocker spaniel who take up most of my time. I like to go walking with the dog and I’m also a big lover of most sports, being an avid Hull City fan. I’m also a fair-weather golfer and try to play as much as I can during the summer months.
