Hayley Carter: a reflection on my eight months at San-iT
Transitioning from a decade in the financial claims industry to the tech world was a long-anticipated move. My passion for technology was always present, and the values San-iT holds as an employer made this a perfect fit when it came time for a career change.
I hit the ground running as I got to grips with the dynamics of San-iT – its past, present, and future. Being able to work in such a supportive environment has allowed me to embrace my creative side.
San-iT is not just a group of individuals working together; it’s built on genuine relationships with a shared commitment to the company’s success. The discussions on ideas, strategy, and advancements speak to the collaborative nature of San-iT, making work feel more satisfying as we gear up for exciting developments.
The longstanding relationships with clients, some as far back as the start of San-iT in 2007, showcase the mutual investment in each other’s success. Just think about that: between the years of 2007-2010 the iPhone was first introduced, digital television became broadcast standard, and then the iPad was released. The evolution and trust of these relationships have allowed San-iT to thrive for the last 16 years. I am thrilled to be part of the team and to continue the mission, helping our clients grow and expand business operations.
I have been privileged to attend networking events and conferences, such as the IT Nation Connect conference in Orlando, giving me the ability to develop some great new connections. There is such a powerful sense of community built of people and businesses from all over the world, with a common goal; to nurture and grow the technical services sector.
The world has changed so drastically since most of us first fell in love with IT, and some of the most fascinating technological advancements are happening right now. Global focus continues to grow on Artificial Intelligence and Hyperautomation, as well as the benefits they bring to the business world. There are a lot of fresh things taking shape within San-iT right now, I am excited for you to join us on this journey as we adapt and advance our service offerings. We are looking forward to making sure our clients are getting the most out of technology, and are well equipped to achieve success.
If we have not already been introduced, please feel free to reach out at any time; I would love to hear your thoughts.
