Amarjit, Client Success Manager
I’ve worked at San-iT since 2012 in various positions within the business, ranging from technical to leadership roles. I’m now Client Success Manager, so I work with clients at a strategic level, with a progressive approach to ensure we are consistently providing our best level of service.
I’m also responsible for building strong relationships with our clients and actively working with them to understand their business challenges and help them achieve their goals.
Having a technical background allows me to get stuck in with the team as and when required and act as a second pair of eyes when we are solving complex issues. I also regularly plan and prepare our projects in readiness for our expert teams to deliver.
In a service based business, I believe going above and beyond in all parts of the role is key. Whether it’s internally or externally, looking after one another is what makes San-iT unique. Cutting through the jargon and applying logic to my role allows me to develop effective relationships inside the business and to ensure we deliver on our promises to clients.
In a nutshell, what I really love about my work is learning about clients’ challenges, delivering the solution and seeing the impact it makes to them and to their business. I feel proud at what we can achieve and privileged to be able to work with great clients who put their trust in our expertise.
Life isn’t all about work. My family is important to me and I love spending time with them. I am told I am good listener and realistically honest, so sharing advice and helping others where possible is what makes me tick in my everyday life as well as at work.
I’ll admit to shutting the door on tech in my spare time. You can find me either watching United, cycling, on a hike, enjoying a meal out or planning the next bottle of single malt to buy and try 🙂
