Part-Time Bookkeeper / Office Manager

Brief description of role
We’re looking for an experienced Bookkeeper / Office Manager to join our team in a standalone role. This is a varied position combining finance and office administration, ideal for someone who enjoys working independently and managing multiple responsibilities.
The role is for 20 hours a week and would suit somebody looking to return to work or who is looking for a new role with greater flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage all ledgers, processing purchase and sales invoices across multiple entities.
- Maintain accurate financial records using Xero, including:
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- VAT returns
- Cashflow management
- Monthly management accounts to trial balance
- Provide an overview of income vs expenditure across the businesses.
- Handle general office administration, including:
- Managing calls and visitors
- Updating reports and assisting with directors’ diaries
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Senior Bookkeeper or Finance Manager in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Xero and ability to produce accounts to trial balance.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working independently.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
