The Tax Refund Company has been helping ordinary taxpayers check their tax codes for errors and claim tax refunds where due since 1994. With over 3.5 million taxpayers having applied for a tax code review and with a reputation for leaving no stone unturned in their search for overpaid tax, they have grown to become the UK’s leading professional tax refund specialists.

Their servers were reaching the end of their life cycle and their emails were hosted on an outdated Exchange 2010 platform. Their current system was also hosted in two different locations, which added to the complexity of their operations.

They were looking for a solution that would solve these issues and provide them with a more secure, flexible and scalable system that would support their growth.

Designed a cloud solution that would host the servers on Azure, with Azure Virtual Desktop configured for users’ daily work.
Migrate the emails to Office 365 and deploy advanced AI-powered email protection against phishing and malware.
Deliver the solution as planned and within the agreed timeline and budget, ensuring successful migration and testing of data and applications.
Additionally, San-iT provided training and onboarding assistance to the client, as well as ongoing support.
